IZMIR ICKBAL is a scenic designer originally from Singapore.

A recent graduate of the Yale School of Drama, his design credits include Happy Days (Yale Repertory Theater), Deer and the Lovers, and The Troublesome Reign of King John (Yale School of Drama)Other credits include Cloud Tectonics, TouchA New Saint for a New World (Yale Cabaret); Dairyland, and The Guadalupe (New Play Workshop, Chautauqua Theater Company); The Gunpowder TrailHearth (The Esplanade Theatre Studio, Singapore); NadirahCharged and Not Counted (Teater Ekamatra, Singapore). Izmir holds a BA in Theatre Studies and English literature from the National University of Singapore.
